TERMS OF SERVICE AND ORDER FORM

   GENERAL   

  • I reserve the right to accept and decline commissions depending on the request of the client

  • References of character must always be provided, I will not accept descriptions of the character.

  • Artist and client interaction will only be limited to the submission of an order form, noting additional information, check-ins/follow-ups, revisions, and submission of art piece, in other words must only be related to the commission.

    • Interaction will happen only through my main social media account Twitter/X and/or my Gmail.​

  • Sketch revisions will only be done for a total of 3 times; Color revisions will be done for 2 times so kindly direct all your requests immediately.

  • Commercial work will have additional fees.

  • Waiting time is a maximum of 5 months.

I WILL NOT DO:

  • Furry (Kemonomimi is OK)

  • Full Mecha

  • Old people

  • NSFW

  • Rush commissions​

  • Drawing in another artist's style

Anything stated otherwise will STILL be decided if I will accept the commission or not.

   PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY   

  • Payment will be done in Paypal in USD currency

    • Invoices will be utilized​

  • Payment must be given half first once I've started the commission and the remaining after commission is finished.

    • I will be asking for the remainder of the payment before giving the high quality commission piece without watermark.​

  • I reserve the right to refund due to either emergencies or improper behavior of the client.

  • Client WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO ASK FOR A REFUND if I have given any form of check-ins (draft/sketch) or started on the commission

    • An excel sheet will be available for the client to look at the progress of the commission.​

   COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY   

  • I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing for the following:

    • Advertising purposes

    • Portfolio purposes

  • The client/commissioner holds the right for the piece and the character.​

    • ​If the client prefers to not have the illustration posted at a certain period or at all, kindly inform me.

  • COMMERCIAL PURPOSES WILL HAVE 3x THE ORIGINAL PRICE

  • ​CREDITS must be given to me, the artist.​

    • ​Claiming that the commission piece is made by any other person other than me, the artist, will not be tolerated.​​

FAILURE TO FOLLOW TERMS OF SERVICE WILL RESULT TO BEING BLACKLISTED.
